Warranty Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- “PRODUCT” refers to the primary function of an item.
- Parts of another “PRODUCT” with the same name or function may have a different coverage depending on what “PRODUCT” the said part is used in.

“SWITCH” refers to the device which makes or breaks the connection in an electric circuit.It does not refer to the button or knob that engages the “SWITCH”.
- Parts not mentioned here are not covered by Asahi warranty.
- There will be charges on parts not covered by Asahi warranty regardless of the duration of use, except if there is obvious proof that damages were caused by the manufacturer.
- The warranty coverage starts from the date of original purchase by the first end-user. It is non-transferable.
- Customers need to present proof of date of purchase (ex. receipt)
- Asahi and its Authorized Asahi Parts & Service Centers have the right to deny the warranty claim if the item’s current state or appearance does not match the presented date of purchase.

Free service/labor for under warranty repairs in all authorized Asahi service centers and lifetime free service/labor for all repairs in Asahi’s Main Service Center in San Juan City.
- Asahi and its Authorized Dealers as well as its Authorized Asahi Parts & Service Centers shall not be held liable for incidental damages.
- Warranty is void and not applicable when defectiveness results from any of the following incidents:
We offer great home appliances!
Damage caused by natural calamity;
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or incorrect/
fluctuating voltage/ current;- Damage caused by tampering/ unauthorized repairs;
Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
12. Asahi’s warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice.
13. By filling out the Warranty Card, the customer consents to the collection, processing, storage, and retention of personal data written and provided. The customer understands that in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), the Company (Asahi) collects, uses, processes, stores, and retains personal data gathered from this Warranty Card to perform its business processes effectively, safely, and efficiently. All processing of personal data within the Company shall be conducted in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
