Return & Replacement

Subject to the exceptions, time periods and requirements indicated below, we will accept return and replacement of ASAHI products.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

Sale or bargain items are not eligible for replacement
and return.

REPLACEMENT/RETURN PERIOD

Items can be replaced and/or returned only within 7 days period after purchase. After which, we shall assume that they are received in good condition.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible for replacement, return and/or refund:
  • proof of  purchase must be presented

  • merchandise must be in its original state and packaging with all supplied components provided with the merchandise (including but not limited to components and accessories of the product being returned, batteries, free items, cords and cables, manuals, warranty cards, gift box).

Only products with factory defects and /or products found to be damaged upon opening of box during purchase and store display units with faded color will be accepted for replacement and return. Defective and/or damaged products that do not fall within the conditions stated above will not be accepted. Products found to be tampered and/or serviced by unauthorized service centers will not be accepted for replacement and return.
